Hip, cool, eclectic, fun are all words heard from people when describing CSF. We have to agree! Chef Justin Lyonnais loves to take traditional seafood dishes and turn them upside down adding his creative signature to each dish.

Our menu is varied and well balanced, designed to appeal to educated diners, who appreciate good food and understand the importance of how a relaxing yet fun ambiance adds to their overall dining experience.

It's Valentine's Day, Sweethearts
CSF will be open on Sunday February 14th for a Special Valentine's Day celebration with an extraordinary Prix Fix Menu from Chef Justin Lyonnais.

We are already booking reservations, so don't delay. Check out Chef's special menu by clicking here. Pricing is $60.00 per person, not including tax and gratuity. We will be accepting Valentine's reservations from 5 - 8 pm only, please call to reserve space at 296-0706. A Credit Card is required to secure your reservation. Should you need to cancel your reservation, we ask for a minimum 48 hour notice to avoid a cancellation fee of $25.00.

Taste of Southern NH - 2010
The 2010 Taste of Southern NH Cookbook, with featured food and drink recipes from local Chef's, including our own Chef Lyonnais, is now available for sale at CSF. This is a limited run, so don't hesitate! Chef's recipe for Tuna Carpaccio combined with a Cucumber Thyme martini should not be missed.

Lunch Card vs Lunch Box

For those wanting to take the next step in experiencing his award winning cuisine; we bring you The Chef's Table. Available for a minimum of six people, presented with 4-5 courses, Chef will gladly pair each course with spirits to compliment or everyone can chose their own. Reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance, Chef's table is offered Wednesday through Saturday, with seating at 6:30 pm.
